After Birth Interventions

This information is something I wish I had before my firstborn. I hope and pray it empowers you to do your due diligence before your birth. Let it be a launching pad, a starting point.

We spend so much time researching car seats, cribs, and nursery paint colors -- let's also research the things that will impact our birth experience and beyond. 👏🏻

**EDIT - I want to clarify because there's so many comments surprised I'd mention a nuchal cord being a contraindication to delaying clamping.

For a simple situation, the provider should just be able to slip the cord off and still allow for DCC.

This specific contraindication is referring to instances where that isn't an option because baby's cord is too tight or baby is unresponsive. Should've made that more clear. 🤍
