Crunchy Movement

The heart behind sharing alternative options in health, diet, environment, and lifestyle is rooted in a desire to educate and inform.

As a whole, the more natural way of living is still extremely rare to see or find in a a majority of households - even if it doesn't seem that way based off your social media experience.

There are people who've had mainstream ideals absolutely wreak havoc on their health, and so finding cleaner solutions actually really help and area a necessity.

On the flip side, stressing about every single thing in life adds way more toxic burden to your bucket than anything else.

The "crunchy" movement is not actually a movement. It is a return to how previous generations lived before us.

It is not an elitist trend that people live out for pomp and circumstance (in "most" cases).

Balance.

Eat the fish, spit out the bones.

Do what works for you, leave what doesn't.

We are all doing the best we can with the resources we have. And that looks extremely different from family to family.

There is validity to both sides, and also value in finding a balance.

You don't have to overhaul your life and go broke in your quest for health.

Take it one small, manageable step at a time. When you feel overwhelm creep in, take a step back and rest.

The person you will be in a year depends largely on the habits you create today. Every change adds up.
