Here is to all you young mamas: I see you. I'm there with you. Just having my 5th baby in 7 years, at 32 years old, I know. I know the feeling of guilt that you're not spending enough time with each one. The thoughts that weigh heavy about how you'll keep them all safe. I know the exhaustion that seeps all the way into your bones until you fall asleep with your clothes and your makeup still on. How people hold the door for you at Target and say, "Wow. You really have your hands full." When your body, at its absolute peak just a few years ago, now shows the full effects of childbirth. I'm there with you, cutting grapes in half (or fourths) and then still watching the toddler like a hawk.
